Order Cancellation Policy

The right to cancel any accepted order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to our sales. This is because the prices of the goods we sell can change due to market fluctuations beyond our control.

If you decide to cancel an order for an item you've already paid for, whether it's because of a price change or any other reason, we reserve the right to apply a cancellation charge of 2.5% based on the total order value. We also reserve the right to recover any loss incurred from changes in the metal's price.

Exchanges & Replacements

We are pleased to offer you an exchange or replacement in accordance with your consumer rights. If you wish to request an exchange or replacement, please contact our office at 0207 404 4000 within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you only need to change the date of the coin you've received and have purchased our best-valued stock available, you will be responsible for the postage costs to return the item.

Should the quality of the bullion item & investment gold not meet the standards as described, we will provide you with a prepaid envelope to return the item for an exchange or replacement. Please note, ‘Milky spots’ on silver bullion coins for investment purposed do not affect their intrinsic value.
